Elizalde Mendraka Txakolina Winery

Mendraka Txakoli, registered with the Bizkaiko Txakolina Designation of Origin Regulatory Board, is essentially obtained from Hondarrabi zuri zerratua grapes from vineyards in Elorrio.

The winery was built in 1996 on the north side of the farmstead. It has been adapted to the latest technologies in order to obtain a quality production of Txakoli.
